Checking in

I’ve been away at a conference this week. The highlights? I got to see both Obama and McCain speak this week. The low lights? My blog reader is seriously out of control. Someone give me the Readers Digest version of the blog world.

Blogher is this week, right? Meaning my stat counter will get quite a rest this week. If you’re not going, we can just hang out together and make fun of those who went. Who’s bringing the junk food?

And, just because, I thought I’d leave you with some up-to-date photos of Swee’Pea and TheMonk. Can you believe how old they are?! Me neither.

  1. Great pictures! I still say they are even cuter in person.

  3. I’m not going either so I’ll bring the soda, beer and wine. Do we really need the soda?

  4. GAH!
If your kids look that grown up, then my baby has to look older! STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!\
La la la… can’t hear you talking about time as a real concept… la la la… they’re all still sweet snuggly newborns… la la la…

  6. Those children are just adorable!

Do you drink beer? I can bring some beer to this “mock the Blogher attendees” shindig. I’m not going and I feel the need to belittle those who are :) Beer..popcorn…smores? Heck, let’s make it an all night party.

  7. I’m in! I’ll bring some chips & salsa. :)

Those kids of your’s are DANGEROUSLY cute. If they were mine, I’d be rendered useless by their cuteness. I always wanted dark haired little ones. Guess I shouldn’t have married a blonde, huh?

  8. Here’s what you do:

    First, read my feed.

Then, go to All Items, and then click Mark All As Read.

    Done!

  10. I make a mean guacamole dip. I like it–the I’m Not Going Party. It’ll be the event of the year!

And yes, go to Kettle’s which for some reason he mislabeled as Zoe’s Dad (strange) and read those posts. Mark the others.

  14. Oh my god Matthew, I barely recognized them, it’s been so freaking long. They’re so big and cute. Okay well they were always cute. But not so big last time I checked. Are they three now? They sure sound three from that post above. I guess copying each other is not as bad as them saying, mom she’s looking at me, make her stop it…which I hear quite often.

Oh and Hi, this is Issa. *waves*
