No going back

So you’ve eaten low-fat and non-fat yogurt all of your life.

Then you stop by the new Trader Joe’s in your neighborhood and make an innocent purchase of this:

Trader Joe's yogurt

MY. GOD.

This just in… Fat tastes goooooooooood.

  2. Dude!
    I randomly bought the most fatty yogurt one quick trip into Whole Foods because it was on sale and I didn’t read the label past the flavor, Brown Cow Farm’s Cream Top Yogurt. I now buy it when I feel I need a little treat for breakfast.

    Fat does taste good!

  3. Nonfat yogurt can taste OK, but the texture is never right.

    If your TJ’s carries Strauss, get it. “Plain” yogurt never tasted so good.

  4. Try FAGE greek yohgurt ( not the low fat kind!). Personally I’d rather eat fat than all the junk they put in low/no fat yohgurt to make it taste OK (and I am the same about Splenda vs sugar ). The dairy cabinets here in US grocery stores are really very disappointing.
    Must go..I hear my 8 year old discussing “body changes” with best friend on the phone…AAAAAGGGHHHHH.

  5. My kids inhale those little containers – good stuff.

    {Thanks for stopping by my site.}
