A sign of things to come
We are putting off our holiday pictures for another week because Swee’Pea has a big red pimple on her chin.
Never let it be said we weren’t looking out for our kids.

I just made an attempt to take a holiday picture of a 1 1/2 year-old girl, a 12 year-old girl and a 15 year-old girl. Sooo much more difficult than it should’ve been. Gone are the days when my stepdaughters smiled sweetly for the camera. Now there’s angst in ever slouch and arm-cross. The baby was easy by comparison- and that’s just sad…

pimples just KNOW when you’re going to have your photo taken/go on a first date/have a job interview. I’ sure they’re sentient & enjoy popping out at the most inconvenient moments:-)
