Please, Daddy?!

Bri, our little happy girl, has learned to clap. She claps in the morning, she claps in the evening, she’s clapping all-day long, all over this land. It’s pretty damn cute. And I’m not just saying that because I’m her dad.

It was only a matter of time, with all of the photos we take of the twins, that we would catch her in the act of clapping. Although, dressed in her “Girls Night Out” outfit that Grandmother couldn’t resist buying, she looks like she’s praying for me to let her hit the town.

Um, the answer is no. Not unless TheMonk can go along to threaten any guy who goes near her too.

“Please, Daddy? Can I go, huh?”

  3. She’s such an adorable girl! With that cute little pleading, how can you say “no” to her? I bet you’ll give in to her when she turns 16. :)

  4. My advice, do what I’m doing for The PB & The J… build a dungeon so they can’t date until you are ready for them to date… like when they’re 35.

  5. very cute. I can’t belive she’s the same girl we saw snuggled up in her car seat just a few months ago! LMD has taken to clapping at the end of every song she hears, after doing anything she’s been asked, and after sucessfully negotiating difficult exercises (climbing the stairs). it’s soo cute that everyone always smiles at her, which has encouraged to become a right little show off!

how do you get skirts to stay on Bri? they seem to fall right off my girls the moment they move!

  7. SO cute. I love the outfit. In fct I love it so much, Nata has the same one in Pink. And Maya has a dress to match in black. Your grandmother has good taste. She seems so big “standing” like that. And the clapping is adorable.

  9. She looks so grown-y! Very precious. Chris was trying to figure out a way to justify letting Brayden date at 16, but making Baylee wait until she is 20.

  10. She could become a nun? My granddaughter, the nun! It would solve your anxiety over her dating, though I think I can hear Grandfather turning over in his grave.
